By studying for a Diploma in Personal Training with Future Fit and transforming my body by eating right and working out, each step with by recorded in this blog.

The Balls Rolling

Gym BallYesterday I received my paperwork to begin my Diploma in Personal Training. The course consists of a total of 6 courses and at least 50 hours self, home training.

Admittedly I didn’t realise there would be so many courses, but am please with what I see. The course’s are:

  • Gym Instructor
  • Personal Trainer and Advanced Instructor
  • Nutrition and Weight Management
  • Torso Training and Core Stability
  • Circuit Training
  • Nutrition for Sport and Exercise

The first course is for 3 days, followed by a 2 day assessment. I have already got these booked for September which will allow me to complete my 50 hour online course on the Anatomy.

I will book my other courses once I finish each previous course. Hopefully I wizz through these, but I don’t imagine them to be a walk in the park.

This is it then, the paperwork has been signed, sealed and soon to be delivered, which will mean I will get my access codes to the online Anatomy course, and two, FREE, Future Fit t-shirts (worth the £2,596 fee alone).
