Body Weight Workout Whilst on Holiday

So today is Thursday and as per my previous entry, I should have completed my last chapter on the Anatomy, Introduction to Exercise. But instead, I haven’t actually even started it, i’ve slacked a bit this week. Instead i’ve been working on this Blog, which is I must say is looking pretty darn sweet, and having searched a few other Personal Trainer Blogs, mine has the best lay out by far :)
