Ready, Steady… Go… Well almost

Got home Friday from work and had a letter waiting for me from Future Fit, in the letter it contained my Usernam and Password to log in to the “Student Zone” on there web site and the log in details should have also allowed me to begin Part 1 of my training, Anatomy and Physiology, however, as my luck would go, the Log in details didn’t work when I tried to access my course. So am awaiting for there helpdesk to get back to me and fix the problem. My Dreams of being a Personal Trainer will have to take a few more days before I can start.

The Balls Rolling

Gym BallYesterday I received my paperwork to begin my Diploma in Personal Training. The course consists of a total of 6 courses and at least 50 hours self, home training.

Why should you become a Personal Trainer? Well here are 5 benefits that have attracted me to change my career.

  • Flexible Hours

Although Personal Trainers are required to meet there clients needs, which means working in evenings, early mornings and weekends, getting out of the 9 till 5 routine is a great attraction for me.
