Week 3, Update!!
Posted by: | CommentsWell last week was a toughie on my route on becoming a Personal Trainer. Last week I was studying the Muscles in our body’s, which I thought may be pretty easy, as I hit the gym a lot and work each muscle on a regular basis.

Day 1
Posted by: | CommentsWell, I got the log in issue resolved yesterday, a quick phone call to Future Fit and the polite girl on the other end of the phone resolved the issue.
So I began my training in becoming a Personal Trainer. As already mentioned, the first thing I need to do is a 50 hour online Course on the Anatomy and Physiology. This is split into a number of modules:

Posted by: | CommentsGot home Friday from work and had a letter waiting for me from Future Fit, in the letter it contained my Usernam and Password to log in to the “Student Zone” on there web site and the log in details should have also allowed me to begin Part 1 of my training, Anatomy and Physiology, however, as my luck would go, the Log in details didn’t work when I tried to access my course. So am awaiting for there helpdesk to get back to me and fix the problem. My Dreams of being a Personal Trainer will have to take a few more days before I can start.
